Shipping policy

UK Delivery:

Here at Cloud Twenty Seven, we aim to dispatch all orders placed by 1pm the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Any orders placed Friday after 1pm, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched Monday. 

Please note that this does not include any pre-ordered items. Any pre-order items will have delivery times specified in the items description on product page.

Standard Royal Mail 48hr Tracked:

Orders less than £75 - £4.95

Orders over £75 - FREE

Express Royal Mail 24hr Tracked: 

Orders less than £200 - £5.95

Orders over £200 - FREE

 

Guaranteed Delivery Next Day:

Next Working Day Guaranteed before 1pm - £9.50

Saturday Delivery - £18.00

 

Please Note -

If any orders that qualified for free delivery are being returned, we will deduct the postage fee form your refund/credit note amount.

 

International Delivery:

If you would like to make an order for delivery outside of the UK, please email info@cloudtwentyseven.com with your full order and we will contact you with the shipping costs.

All international orders are dispatched via Parcelforce.

Although there should be no customs fees applied as we only export childrens wear which is exempt from any duty/VAT, if there are fees charged, this is the customers responsibility to discuss with the courier/customs in their country. We do not pay any customs/VAT on behalf of the customer.

Please note, the above delivery times are estimates and can sometimes take longer during busy times.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

All pre order items are non refundable as they have been made specifically for you order. If the delivery to us is delayed due to customs, we are not liable to refund due to these delays
